Bait and Switch Over and Over Again
On May 30, 2025 I went out of my way at great inconvenience to take advantage of an advertised deal on bagels. When we got there, we were told that it was an error and not being honored. There was no attempt to offer a discount, raincheck or any other amendment to address the inconvenience. As of this posting, the ad still appears on their digital ad on their website. This is not the first time this has happened with this store. If it’s a good deal either they run out or it’s an error.
