Found in seller favour of a brand new with tags item and delivered a 2023 rusty pile of rubbish
I will be using paypal very little and only as a last desperate resort in future, I bought an item what was sold as brand new with tags, what i recieved was 2 years old, rusty with major faults, i put a claim in with paypal and guess what they said, its nearly as described , its nothing missing and no faults, even thuogh i sent the proof for everything i said, i even told the seller i am withdrawing during the first 14 days, i tried to work with the seller for a partial refund but he was taking the pi** , i put another appeal in to paypal thinking that a computer must have gone through my first appeal and again paypal took the side of the seller , how can someone be allowed to sell an item brand new with tags, and its 2023 with rust , paypal you have shown me that you are a total disgrace, you hide behind it was as described when clearly it was not, you have lost 99.9 per cent of my custom .
