12.000 USD LOST!!!!
12.000 USD disappeared in a transaction. I have been waiting on customer support for 2 weeks and they came up with absolute nonsense and total lack of knowledge on the matter. Do not engage with this company, I was forced to join in the NEAT migration and due to time constrains I had to make the bank transfer. I will be reporting them to the relevant autority MAS in Singapore and will file lawsuit if needed.
