Used to be instant cash out, but I cashed out last night, I had to add a card even though I'm sapphire and have redeemed a number of times to the very same card, I had to verify with a bank statement AGAIN because of some supposed update. So after waiting hrs and being told shut up and color essentially, I accidentally canceled the redeem. I said screw it they're dragging their feet anyway. Proceeded to lose all 300. Yeah my fault, except that I redeemed hrs ago but what happened? That's Busch league Lucky Hands
