My husband and I wen through them, sent out documents and everything and waited over 3 weeks just to hear that the banker we used didn't work there anymore. So we decided to go through another one and AGAIN waited for weeks and I still haven't heard back. I understand times are tough and probably very busy but we didn't receive call or email letting us know it would take longer. If your company is going to tell their client that they will be in touch in a week then there better be a follow up. Completely unprofessional and I will never return.
