Expert shipping, even in the summer heat!
I was very concerned about shipping a large monstera to my home in the Texas heat. Customer Support assured me that she would be just fine, that lots of precautions are taken while packing the plants up to ensure that they will arrive intact and not suffer because of the weather. She did indeed arrive in PERFECT condition and is thriving! I have only filled up the water reservoir once so far, but the plant has large, new leaves that are getting ready to open and she looks very happy! I will definitely be ordering again. I love this concept, and my experience with EasyPlant has been amazing!
