I had the pleasure of working thru an order with FJ and he went above and beyond being helpful, knowledgeable, patient and courteous. I ordered 6 pairs of socks for Christmas and forgot about my husband! I placed an order hoping to make the Christmas mailing cutoff. One of the pictures was not a good photogenic selection. FJ was kind enough to bring this to my attention and worked with me for a better selection. In my opinion an employee who takes the time to work with a customer to create the best item is going above and beyond all expectations. In my opinion FJ should be recognized for his exceptional and extraordinary service Thank you for taking the time to listen to and to forward this letter to the appropriate people.
