I bought a Flextail Mat R05 Mummy Shape and have used it less than a handful of times. Unfortunately, one of the baffles has already burst, rendering the mat unusable. I appreciate that the mat is now outside its warranty period, but given how little use it has had, I contacted Flextail to see if there was anything they could do to help. Unfortunately, I haven't received a response. It's disappointing to see a product fail after so little use, but even more disappointing is the lack of customer service when I reached out for assistance. Based on this experience, I certainly won't be recommending Flextail products to others, and I won't be purchasing any of their products again.
