DO NOT ORDER!! I completely agree with all of the other negative reviews. Customer service is a joke. I realized I had ordered the incorrect product and contacted them less than two minutes afterward to try to change it. They emailed me three days later saying it was too late, it had already gone to production. I was very annoyed, but as i was desperate for a mother's day gift I ordered the correct product. It is mid-June and the product hasn't left China. Shame on them and shame on me
