What a nightmare! Avoid this company!
What a nightmare! I was using the perfectly working Neat Commerce platform for simply receiving and making payments. Nothing more needed. Since the takeover by Rapyd, I'm faced with an totally incomprehensible user interface and even simply making a wire transfer seems impossible. Rapyd's user interface and the various technical terms used are entirely illogical. Avoid this company!
