I reached out to Rapyd after seeing their website and marketing claims suggesting they offer global payment solutions. However, after a long exchange with their representative, I was informed that Rapyd does not support merchants based in the Republic of Georgia at all — something that’s never mentioned publicly. If your company isn’t available in a country, it should be stated clearly before potential clients spend time gathering documents and preparing to onboard. Presenting services as “global” while excluding entire regions without disclosure is misleading and borders on false advertising. As a small business operating from Georgia, I expected transparency from a major fintech brand. I hope Rapyd updates its website to list supported countries and communicates honestly with entrepreneurs outside the EU and UK. Transparency matters, especially when you’re dealing with financial services.
