Doesn't cover grey
While I typically do not leave reviews, I felt compelled to share my experience in this case. Unfortunately, I found the quality of this product to be very disappointing. It did not effectively cover grey hair, which I believe is a key function it should fulfill. Although the packaging is visually appealing and the branding is clearly well-developed, the actual performance of the product did not meet expectations. Additionally, my kit included two conditioner sachets instead of one shampoo and one conditioner, which suggests a lack of quality control. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. A product's success should be built on its performance rather than marketing alone. If improvements are made to the formula, I believe it could gain more loyal customers. Thank you.
