Order not delivered. No resolution as yet.
Placed my first order after a lot of umming and ahhing - I thought it was the perfect gift for a friend for Christmas. Instead, Evri have lived up to their negative reputation and failed to deliver this item safely. I am now without this gift in time for Christmas. Evri we're as useless as always and despite completing an online form and sending an email, I have yet to even receive an acknowledgement from the company. I know its a busy time of year but when I'm receiving several automated emails following my purchase, a little "we have received your email" would go a long way. I wanted to give the company a chance to resolve this first but so far everything feels so uncertain, which is the last thing I want while feeling ill. I'm not sure I'd order again (for myself) as I originally intended.
