These vases are a clever addition to any home environment. To begin with, I’m hosting my book club in June. Perfect conversation appointment to start a group of women love for books! Upon ordering my first book vase, I learn we will be having December meeting to include a book exchange. I ordered A Christmas Carol vase as my book choice…and will be tucking Charles Dickens book inside vase too! The ideas are endless for me to be “ gifting” in the future!!!

Irene has no customer service skills at all, I’m not sure who all the rest of yall dealt with but I’ve been attempting to get ahold of ANYBODY from that store for four days now in regards to my order (which is in “order placed” on the website and LABEL MADE USPS AWAITING PACKAGE since may8th) I have emailed and only gotten automated responses back with “tracking info” I’ve attempted to text the “SMS ONLY” telephone number posted on the store website and get NO RESPONSE. It’s rather unprofessional that there’s no way to CONTACT YOU IN A VERBAL WAY to speak as adults who are trying to make a paid agreement for goods between each other, we have to depend on automated responses!
I wouldn’t recommend this store to my enemy to go buy a gift for theirs! I work in customer service and this is just grotesque that I can’t even get an ACTUAL RESPONSE from the person selling me the item.
I say worst customer service ever but rather, LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!

17 hours after posting this ironically I received an email that was ACTUALLY TYPED AND NOT AUTOMATED FOR RESPONSE that - much like many other reviews I’ve read have said - stated “Were sorry for the frustration…. As mentioned in our previous email, your shipping address has already been updated, so please rest assured that the correction has been successfully made…. Yadda yadda”
They did NOT send me this email. They COMPLETELY IGNORED my request of a refund while they still had the package in their possession. Following their true pattern of having either horrible and grotesque customer service or the lack of it at all!!
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

However, we would like to clarify that we did contact you by email to confirm the correct shipping address, and we received your confirmation on May 10th (as shown in the screenshot previously shared with you via email). After receiving your confirmation, we prepared and handed your order over to the shipping carrier on May 13th.
Regarding your refund request, it was submitted after the order had already entered the shipping process, which is why we were unfortunately unable to approve the cancellation at that stage. We sincerely apologize for any confusion or frustration caused throughout this experience.

Lovely book themed vase, bought the acrylic for my mum and she’s going to love it! Also got a bookmark, they’re both very pretty. The packaging was also lovely, everything arrived in good order and the packaging itself is also quite aesthetically pleasing. It was mentioned in an email following my order that the acrylic bookmarks need to have a protective cover peeled off, so look out for that!

Love this company and appreciate the excellent products and service they offer. The vases are beautiful and so unique. I was delighted to find one with a super black cat on it as it is a gift for a book lover who also loves cats, and has a black one! The service was great from ordering to the arrival of an extremely well and securely wrapped vase, which I have no concerns about sending on the last part of its journey, which is from Scotland to New Zealand.

Very nice book vase. I'm giving my sister a Les Miserables themed birthday gift this year and the vase is perfect. Good quality, took a little longer than I anticipated but luckily I ordered way before her birthday.

Five days after the shipping notification, the tracking status changed to "returned to sender." I was in a hurry and reached out immediately because the reason was unclear.
Despite their website stating they respond within 24 business hours, I haven't heard back in over three days, no matter how many times or through which channel I try to contact them.
I don't even know if I'll get a refund. This company is completely irresponsible.

I ordered a book style vase with Alice in wonderland but the original oldish design, It was a present for my daughter's birthday on the 30th of April, It was nice to receive emails to say it's on its way, the packaging was really good, the vase was a lovely book of Alice and the Cheshire cat, there is also a glass version which I like too, & it arrived in good time too.
