We ordered 2 books and only 1 arrived. After reaching out to the company we still haven’t gotten an update on our 2nd book. We ordered it September 19th and today is October 24th

They are amazing in reality the cases and aycrilic bookmarks I really love them, just gutted I didn't order myself one 😀 plus these are for gifts to special people I know. The box itself is cute knowing the vase is wrapped carefully and perfect to wrap to give as a gift. Paid for Priority Packing, still havent recieved a tracking order. Ruined a 10 year anniversary gift. Have absolutely no idea if I've got an order as order number isn't recognized on website. Multiple emails asking to purchasing something else and get a free gift, but again no tracking number. Will happily take your cash though!
