Ordering was easy and I was kept updated all through the process right up to delivery which was quicker than expected. I ordered as a gift for my book loving daughter and it was beautifully wrapped so I haven’t seen it yet because I didn’t want to spoil the wrapping however it is in one piece , I also received a free gift of a book marker which I chose to match the book. Did not expect this to be a drop shipping website that ships direct from China. Product will probably be brilliant, but because of lack of transparency the deadline for valentines day was missed. We truly appreciate your patience and support!" *Response" It took longer than 15 days, your details say you're in Texas and is packed by your dedicated team. It's a blatant lie, it's drop shipped from China. At least be honest.

I would definitely buy again from this company! The product was of high quality and the customer service was the best I’ve had in ages. I needed the vase for Christmas in Australia. It arrived with plenty of time, however, it was damaged. I contacted their customer service team and Jennie got back to me straight away and informed me they would send a replacement. She then continued to let me know when the vase was sent and roughly how long it would take. Took just over a week. I have just received the vase and this time they wrapped it in gift wrap with a bow for the inconvenience of the first one. The broken vase wasn’t their fault, however, Jennie and the team went above and beyond to make sure that I got the vase as per my order. I want to thank Jennie and the team for your outstanding customer and product!
