I honestly wouldn't even give them a single star if I could. Five days after the shipping notification, the tracking status changed to "returned to sender." I was in a hurry and reached out immediately because the reason was unclear. Despite their website stating they respond within 24 business hours, I haven't heard back in over three days, no matter how many times or through which channel I try to contact them. I don't even know if I'll get a refund. This company is completely irresponsible.
