CUSTOMS CHARGE
The Royal Mail attempted to deliver my items today but couldn’t as there is a ‘customs charge’ of £11.26. Absolutely ridiculous. States ‘free shipping’ but I’m required to pay £11.26 for a customs charge. Which I was not told about. Will not be ordering from here again and I am not at all impressed!
