Parcel indicated as 500g for 1 pair of 23g earring.
I got the customer service team to relook into my case for the 2nd time today. They sounded so firm and i thought i might be the unlucky exceptional case. i was shocked to find so many bad experiences shared here. Just cannot believe this is happening to vpost which is under singpost which i have didnt doubted the quality therfore didnt research on bad reviews etc. Now i learnt my lesson. I bought alot of small items from different seller from Tmall app and each parcel (some are containing just 1 pair of earrings, below 30g) was indicated minimum 500g at sgd 5. I have 22 parcels and now is amounting to near sgd 200 charges. So ridiculous.. Really hope the CS team can solve this issue appropriately.
