I placed an order on May 16 for a graduation bear. To date, I still have not received the order. I have sent several emails advising that I did not receive the product. The tracking number from the shipper has not helped me track the product at all. The seller has reached out to me in emails but I feel like I am being given the runaround. Not a good experience.
