Do not buy from this company! You will lose your time and money if you do. My mother in law bought a 'V Neck Zipper Patchwork Plain Blouse' from comfybear.co.uk (owned by ycimedia.com), which arrived and the quality was terrible. For the last 3 weeks I have been trying to return the item and get a refund. Their customer service is terrible, slow and try every trick in the book to make you keep the purchase. Finally when I escalated the issue with Paypal, we got a response from ycimedia.com who said we need to send the product back to Hong Kong, but they won't refund the cost of P&P ... however an alternative solution is they give us a 30% (first option/email response) and then 50% (second option/email response) discount to keep the product. Simply awful all round. I am writing this review to help other customers avoiding doing business with them. Please avoid them like the plague, you have been warned!
