I've ordered from them before
I've ordered from them before, so I'm well aware of how nice I personally think their products are. Obviously, you're buying them for 20$, so expect a product that is worth 20$. With that in mind, though, I was extremely dissatisfied with an order that I purchased on April 12th, 2020, and have still not received as of June 16th, 2020. Shipping times state it will take 10-20 business days to receive the order. It has been a total of 46 business days, and USPS has yet to even receive it. What's more, when I asked if I could, at the very least, get a refund for the shipping cost, I was met with an automated response that told me, yes, in fact, my package is late. And... nothing else. I understand that currently, shipping is a bit all over the place, but at the very least some communication would be well appreciated. I'd also like to note that they changed their 10-20 business day shipping estimate to 7-12 business days in March 2020, which was well after the epidemic began. I'm hoping for a decent end to this journey, as I truly do love their products and have not yet been disappointed by them. Shipping and customer service, however, certainly needs a lot of work.
