2 magnetic cords- 1 broken on deliv. 29 days and still haven’t received part of my order
I ordered 2 magnetic cord chargers and one of the multi-charge docking stations. Few weeks later got the cords. One was broken and wouldn’t work in any phone or any outlet. Emailed Alex requesting help with sending a new one or refund... still haven’t received any response. The charging dock was ordered 29 days ago and still hasn’t arrived. No updates or communication. The link sent to me to “track” my order is not worth a crap. Has said USPS has been waiting on item a for month. Couple more days and I’m going to have no choice but to call and dispute the charges with my bank and get my money returned. Sucks because I was so excited to have found 5seconds.com and some of the cool items they advertise.
