Unauthorised Card Charge by Zing I signed up for a 3-month subscription for Zing Coach. In reviewing my card statement, straight away I was charged an additional £22.99 twice for Zing Nutrition and a body scan. I did not approve or authorise this charge. I contacted Zing and was told no refund for the two £22.99 but refunded me £25.99 for the coaching session I wanted. Then cancelled my subscription. I’m filing a fraud claim with my bank as a result. Be very aware of this issue.
