I had the pleasure of dealing with Rachel Korta one of the amazing representative's at PetKey. Rachel was very informative, knowledgeable, professional, patient and caring. Rachel was instrumental when transferring ownership of Ruby's tag to me. We had to wait 14 days for the transfer process to become official and Rachel kept me informed throughout the whole process. We are relieved that everything was taken care of in a satisfactory manner and are at peace that Ruby is finally registered to us and is safe.
