Failure to refund money for returned shirt
I returned a shirt within the return period, followed Jersey LOC's instructions and paid for trackng as well as postage. Jersey LOCO has acknowledged in writing that it received the shirt on May 29, 2026 but still has not returned my money despite their "30 day guarantee." I have received two emails promising to expedite the processing of my refund request but nothing has happened. Unfortunately, the company doesn't seem to have any live customer service representatives. All complaints are fielded by a robot. I am beginning to think that the company's refund program/money back guarantee is a scam. It should not take any financially sound and competantly operate company over 2 months to refund a relatively small amount.
