Truly awful experience
Truly awful experience. Couldn't try out the free tier option as my account was flagged for "unusual activity " - no matter what device or network I used, even mobile, the result was the same. Customer service is an AI bot passed off as a real person called "Sam". The very tiny writing underneath says it AI responding. Good luck getting any help from the bot. They just want you to upgrade, but i said i wanted to trial it first. Still insisted on upgrading. Asked to speak to a human, answer was no, they can't do anymore than I can (AI bot) I replied you were made by a human, it still spouted off about upgrading. I've deleted my account without even trying it. If you don't want to offer free tier, then just remove it. Looking at the other reviews and no response from ElevenLabs, I've done the right thing :)
