They sell pirated keys - confirmed
hi I'd like to discuss order number GD-195100870875 from March 2018 which was for a Windows 10 professional product key yes what is the question I have re-installed windows and the product is failing to activate using this key *our keys just support activate once , if you reinstalled after activation , the key will be invalid.* I have just been in contact with Microsoft support who have informed me that the key is a pirated key and that i should get in touch with you for a replacement key I have a MS investigation reference if you need it but if you could please supply me with a replacement key, then I will consider his matter closed Time has passed so long that we cannot provide you with a new key I will pass on your details to MS for investigation, they seemed pretty convinced that you acting in bad faith and they requested your details to take this matter further if you can provide me with a replacement key, then there is no need to take this matter further You can communicate with Microsoft that's not very good customer service do you care? What do you think is a good customer service? Provide you with a new key? I purchased a key in good faith, if this key was genuine then it would a) work in perpetuity, b) not be identified as a "pirate" key by Microsoft Our keys are valid and legal.
