Poor quality and zero problem solving/customer service
I ordered an ornament to commemorate my daughter's wedding. The proof looked perfect, the ornament I received had terrible quality (blurred) and the word "The" for "The Coleman's was cut off. I chatted with a rep who immediately said a replacment would be sent but instead they would make it out of porcelain vs. wood. I asked via chat to confirm it would be replaced on porcelain. I received the replacement (to the wrong address) and it looked exactly the same poor quality. After MANY chat sessions, I was told a supervisor would get back to me within 24-48 hours. I was anxious to get this ornament for their first married Christmas. After many chats and many promises, I still do not have a suitable ornament and have not heard from a supervisor. Never again.
