What reviewers say

AI generated

Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Consumers frequently complained about terrible product quality, noting that personalized items and photos arrived blurry, badly cropped, or completely incorrect. People also experienced deeply frustrating delivery delays, missing parcels, and an absolute lack of helpful assistance from online customer support. Some reviewers were happy with fast delivery times, receiving their custom photo books quickly and securely in the mail. A few customers also mentioned that support agents successfully resolved their order issues by offering helpful credits or prompt replacements. Buyers noted that when everything went right, the final printed items looked exceptional and clear.

What people say

Shipping cost changes based on # of photos.

I put a few orders in my cart and went to checkout to confirm it worked, then I spent hours putting all the photos together (not being picky since I saw the deal worked), and the shipping price 4x (from $10 for like 10 photos to $50) What a scam and waste of time. Just be up front with the pricing :/

Zero stars for quality, 5 stars for customer service

I ordered a canvas collage product twice. First time the images quality was so poor that you could not recognise peoples’ faces, even though the online preview was sharp. I complained with customer service and they were very helpful and offered credit to place a new order. I also contacted them again to ask about image resolution requirements and how to use the credits and again the lady I chatted with was very helpful. I uploaded new photos at higher resolution and the preview looked perfect. This time the final collage looked sharp but the borders were different resulting in people heads and half of their bodies folded on canvas. At this point I gave up and will never order from Snapfish again.

I've been a loyal Snapfish customer for…

I've been a loyal Snapfish customer for over 10 years, but this latest order is by far the worst I've ever received. Many of my photos have been printed incorrectly, with parts of the images cut off – in one picture, the top of my head is missing. The print quality is also very poor, and the colours are dull, washed out, and nothing like the original photos. I expected the same high standard I've received for years, but this order was a huge disappointment. It's upsetting to pay for precious memories only to receive prints of such poor quality. Unless Snapfish improves its quality control and puts this right, I won't be ordering from them again. I honestly can't recommend them based on my recent experience.

Oh dear Snapfish

Oh dear Snapfish, what have you done. Why, o'why have you changed the layout. Totally unecessary. It is offensive to users who learn how to use the app to then find you changed the layout. People get used to how things work. Totally unessecasy redesign. Big companies d this all of the time.

Snapfish is very NON-USER FRIENDLY

Snapfish is very NON-USER FRIENDLY. I spend days making a photo album only to discover that I cannot have family members buy the album, even after I purchased a copy. Snapfish does not allow sharing. They told me to buy the copies (14 books - $700) and have my family members reimburse me. Ridiculous. Their wensite is very archaic and stagnant. I do not recommend using this for your projects.

ShippingTheir prices for books are reasonable…

Their prices for books are reasonable and decent quality. They advertise photos for 3 cents a piece but they double the shipping cost over what it cost to ship a book. No way to communicate with them. All answers are printed and no real way to contact them

The Worst for Picture Book

Spent many hours on both iPad and iPhone. It is the worst most frustrating project ever attempted. First tried their App. Chatted with them said use Web site better for photo books. Not better. I made a book about 4 years ago with little frustrations it success. Giving up just terrible for ordering a picture book. Not user friendly.

The worst customer service I’ve had to…

The worst customer service I’ve had to deal with. I ordered 32 Prints of my best friends wedding, all of which came back very poor quality and blurry. I contacted customer service who were very polite to begin with, an email to say how sorry they felt. Than asked me to send photo proof. I explained how difficult that was when using a iPhone. They agreed, again very polite. Then all of a sudden, lo and behold, it’s my fault !! I couldn’t be arsed to take it further so went somewhere else and the photos arrived perfect !!! Don’t waste your time with this company

11" hard cover book

We ordered a 11 x 5 book hardback. Wow,it looks exceptional. The quality of the images was great. Delivery was prompt. Only issue was one print wasnt correct rotation and one print was not quite cropped properly, but none of this detracts from the book at all. Will definatly use this service again. Many thanks

extremely bad customer service and very…

extremely bad customer service and very disappointed with photo quality & cropping. Both sides of my photos had been cropped cutting halfway through the subjects leaving them useless for me to use. They then failed to contact me BEFORE printing to discuss what could be done to correct this -- I was then sent the USELESS photos which is when I saw them. I have contacted their CUSTOMER SERVICE but I am still yet to receive a satisfactory response so will now have to go to my Credit Card and request CHARGEBACK -- be warned Snapfish on all counts! - CHARGEBACK threat got me a FULL REFUND for prints & shipping then went to MYPICTURE who done an excellent job for same price!

Snapfish used to be good and…

Snapfish used to be good and consistent. But now in the past 2 years quality and shipping issues have continually gotten worse. Prints from the same exact file reprinted a year later are grainy, dull and on flimsy cardstock and smaller than they say at 5”x7”. I am now going to use another printer service as they have let me down on the past 5 orders.

Sent me someone else’s private pics

Geeta was very polite and helpful. I am very concerned about having received someone else’s private prints and someone receiving mine and bothered that now I cannot use the prints I ordered in time for the occasion they were intended. I understand the process is automated- until packaging I guess - and so I would have appreciated an exception and manual internvention for overnight solution so I at least could get my prints in time. Alas, this was not offered. 1 out of 5

Does size matter?

I have a frame with 16 apertures each 100mm x 100mm. I selected 16 photos and ordered 4”x4” prints which would be just perfect (102mm). They arrived and they were all 102 x 98mm. Customer service assured me that this would be escalated, that she would personally ensure they were done properly and I reordered for free. The replacements were even worse and weren’t all the same. They were again, 102mm wide x between 96 and 97mm. A reply to the previous email chain got no response so I went on the chat again. He talked about their “skilled artisans” who surely just push buttons on a machine. I find it astounding that they sell square prints and yet can’t even make them square!! I got a refund and I’ll go to Tesco!!!
