Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Consumers frequently complained about terrible product quality, noting that personalized items and photos arrived blurry, badly cropped, or completely incorrect. People also experienced deeply frustrating delivery delays, missing parcels, and an absolute lack of helpful assistance from online customer support. Some reviewers were happy with fast delivery times, receiving their custom photo books quickly and securely in the mail. A few customers also mentioned that support agents successfully resolved their order issues by offering helpful credits or prompt replacements. Buyers noted that when everything went right, the final printed items looked exceptional and clear.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.Don’t do it!! This is a total scam. They never send your order & there’s no chance of speaking to a live representative. I’m scrambling to pay three times as much to get my order before my daughter’s birthday because of their complete incompetence & thievery. Steer clear & do yourself a favor. Order from a reputable company.
