Thugs steal your $$$ then never ship order!
I ordered may 20 told 2 weeks I’d have my one item. After 20 emails back and forth from Alex he never followed through with one single promise and everything he told me I found out was a lie. Took my money May 21 and it is now June 28 and not do much as a shipment date! When I demanded a refun or calling authorities I got the same recycled email from “happiness officer”(thief) Alex Brit saying no same as last 15 when we ship we will let you know. I refused the BS I’ve heard from the start. Because from the first time I called the shipping company they said this company never sent my package and they told me same all other times Alex said he shipped and waited a week after to check each time to hear same nothing shipped. Alex response to it hasn’t shipped he refuse to address me every time instead recycled last email. When I kept telling him same recycled email ignoring issue. Now I’m demanding a refund or I’m getting authorities involved. Alex again tried to say when it ships we will let you know after he said it had shipped again??? If you’d like to join me please also call authorities and post here on how they scammed you. Please if you haven’t save yourself & don’t order anything from 5econds this is a scam! I am still waiting for my $73.00 refund!
