Good price and reasonable service
I used Agoda because my chosen hotel was £50 (including a 5% promotion) instead of £64 on all other sites. A few minutes after paying I got a call (from a Hong Kong number) wanting to check the details of the booking were correct. This is possibly because the booking was for the evening of that same day. The lady's accent was somewhat strong, making comprehension a challenge, but she was helpful and patient. Note that I did not try to call them, they called me. A little later the hotel themselves called to ask if we wanted Double or Twin room making up (which we had already stated during the booking), but overall I was satisfied with the process, and the price was great.
