1 star because you can't give zero. Booked tickets from Seoul to Busan, received a confirmation email. Shortly after I received and email saying "Please be advised that rail carrier has modified the departure time for your journey". Contacted Rail Ninja via their web chat, was told the reason I needed to change my booking was the train was sold out. I asked which reason was it, sold out or rescheduled, got told 'sold out' and the reschedule email was just a 'standard' email. To make things even worse, I can still book the same train departure NOW on their website, nearly 24 hours after they emailed me saying it was unavailable. DO NOT USE RAIL NINJA, they lie to you and are untrustworthy.
