2, because we did end up in our home. This was so stressful. If you use Citiworth stay was from Sean O’Neil. He was MIA most of the time. Failed to set up a viewing and we scared the homeowners. The Sellers agent also complained about lack of communication. He didn’t even Acknowledge the close of our home. Once we had a contract, communication was done ONLY with the finance office. After making $10k we’d expect some type of “thanks for the business”. Financing was also a little stressful, however with repairing credit we were thankful to get into our home. The closing expectations were unclear and we did not leave with the closing costs we were assured. I feel This was from negligence from Sean who did not word our contract properly. Unsure where this ball was actually dropped. Our interest rate was also higher than initially communicated. While we are thrilled to be in our new Home (2 weeks late, thank God we didn’t lose it) we would not use or recommend Citiworth again.
