I would give dress lily a zero rating
I would give dress lily a zero rating. I ordered two bathing suits that did not fit even though I went with the size guide. Because it is intimate apparel they will not accept a refund. I notified them of the issue and they gave me an option to keep the product and in turn would give me store credit. I accepted. They then informed me they gave me the wrong information and I would receive no store credit as well as no refund. So I’m stuck with a product I cannot use. Their customer service is misleading and personally I feel their policy is terrible. Will never use this site again.
