I placed an order on May 7, 2020. It is now July 1, 2020. I haven’t received my order and this company refuses to issue my refund. Please beware. “Alex” is the Chief Happiness Officer, but I promise you that he will do absolutely nothing to ensure your happiness as a customer. This company is not legit and it will bombard your mailbox with spam not associated with anything that you ordered. Each email will be associated with 5econds once you carefully read the details. This company has several different company names, but they are all tied to 5econds and “Alex”. You will get a bogus tracking number that is connected to nothing. This company is based in China. If I could give negative stars I would. I would not purchase anything from this company again. Consumer beware.
