Mike Funk and Lauren Whitehead were true professionals every step of our home buying transaction. They were available at all times (including nights and weekends) to field last minute offers and expertly negotiate our home purchase amid a pandemic. Laine, Taylor, and Julie in operations and underwriting kept us informed and on schedule even as Coronavirus hit and the sellers and listing agent in our deal became very anxious. Despite entering an extremely competitive real estate market the Cityworth team went above and beyond to keep our offer competitive and win our dream home. Lauren’s advice on the real estate side and Mike’s support as a banker was essential throughout the process and we couldn’t be more thankful for all of their hard work.
