I can't make a return order
I received my order in The Netherlands pretty quickly but the size is too big for me. I wanted to return them but I can't because the return portal doesn't work. It generates a barcode with the order number but not a barcode for the delivery company/Post NL. So, I literally can't send it back. Such a waist of money! L.E.: So finally I sent the return. There are 2 options, the second one was good. They sent me back the money but they deducted the shipping and return fee. So, you still lose some money. From 55 euros, I received 36 euros back.
