very bad customer service.. there was indication that it will be shipped out within 24 hours but still after 5 working days it is still processing! Emails after emails yet no one replied. This is supposed to be a birthday present yesterday! I want a refund! -UPDATE- They did try their best to expedite the process and it was my mistake for not looking at the processing time. Item was received a week after the previous review because of the processing time. So please order only if you can wait.
