Melanie Dignan was the representative that assisted me with my loans. She was so great that when I paid off my first loan, she reached out to see if I wanted to consolidate anything else. She looked at all the options and let me choose what was beneficial for myself. She answered all and any questions I had. Kept me up to date throughout the whole process. She is AMAZING.
