what customer SERVICE ???
My first experience with ninja Van and as of today cannot find anything positive (sad but True) Sent parcel from the Philippines to Thailand with transfer to Kerry Express. BUT somehow parcel showed up in Pattaya not original destination, Shipper wanted an extra sum of money to reship to Chiang rai, When the problem is their fault. BUT now.. nowhere to be found, AFTER 4 emails from them,, no reply and still no parcel. Be very weary about choosing ninja van world again.
