These guys have been taken payments for last few years, I thought it had been cancelled previously. They send you subscription reminders at the very last moment which are very easy to miss. When on the day of renewal they taken another payment, I emailed them and I asked to cancel and refund my money as we never use the service. This was there response. This subscription was set to auto-renewal (as per the settings in your SelfDecode account) and as such the annual renewal payment was processed on Nov. 11, 2024. We strive for transparency and sent a reminder email 30 days prior to the renewal date. I have carefully looked into your request, and we can't issue a refund according to our policy, which does not allow for refunds on auto-renewals. I am truly sorry about this.
