Canceled Las Vegas trip / no show last minute
We planned a trip to Las Vegas over a month in advance after we used Wag to find a caregiver, Tiffany. She came to our house and seemed very nice and we scheduled her to stay at our home while we were away to watch our frenchie and feed the fish. The day before we left I asked her if she wanted to make extra 50$ to feed our bird , or we could board him as planned. She said sure I will. Hours before we left for flight the service said Tiffany said you wanted fish and bird fed. I said yes the fish was discussed from day one but if bird is an issue we can board him. They said that's up to caregiver. Then they replied stating it would be about 120 each extra ! I said ill board the bird and put vacation feeder in tank for fish . She dont have to feed them. I told Tiffany and the service it was not my responsibility to feed her thru her stay but I bought food and offered her 50 cash for bird and she agreed. Now raising the visit 250 more for such little effort was to much so no need for her to feed them . Then we are told Tiffany said she's not coming ! When I booked i was told if caregiver couldn't make it someone else will come but they had No one to replace her. I paid 1550. For a flight , paid for shows and had plans to meet friends there and had to cancel our trip! Lost alot of money doing so as well. Extremely disappointing ! Totally unprofessional on Tiffany's part and the service. Do not trust your caregiver will show! We put our trust in Tiffany and Wag , both let us down !
