Faulty and badly made and refuse to cover return postage
I ordered three items from them, one arrived and is passable, one is really cheap thin material and looks tacky compared to the photos and one arrived sewn completely wonky and is therefore completely unwearable, I asked for a refund and they refuse to acknowledge bits damaged and keep saying "sorry it doesn't fit" and offered a partial refund to keep it or only paying a fraction of the postage to return the item despite it being entirely their fault. Also don't be fooled by their reply. I have been replying to every single message for the last two weeks.
