First Time User - Wrong Colour Way Received
Useless! First order with these after much deliberation but ultimately was the only place I could find the shoes I wanted. Ultimately turned out to be too good to be true as the order arrived and they were the complete wrong colour way. Really disappointing so close to Christmas and as a first time user, will definitely stick to what I know in future & will 100% avoid moving forward as the wait times are too long for overseas to not be guaranteed to received what you order. I’ll update when/should the situation is rectified but until then… Ignore the automated reply you receive through here too, I’d already sent everything they asked. UPDATE: Customer service was very good once Novelship understood the issue and from there, everything was smooth and all issues were rectified. I wouldn’t use them ever again still but credit where it’s due, fantastic customer service!
