Cheap looking dresses, poor service, terrible refund process
I think for uk customers in particular it has very poor service. I ordered two bridesmaid dresses (one via my bridesmaid and one myself) the one my bridesmaid ordered was made to measure and despite my bridesmaid entering it all correctly and checking three times according to the instructions, all the measurements were wrong when it arrived and the material was cheap looking. Only after a battle would they give a 50% refund because it was “bespoke”. I immediately cancelled the other dress which had not been shipped (from China - very long lead time) and again they offered a partial refund, again after a fight with customer chat bots I did manage to get a full refund but it was so much stress in the lead up to the wedding, better to use high street uk shops in my opinion. The price does not in any way reflect the quality which was extremely poor all round - product and service. Avoid.
