#1 Prepaid subscriptions are NONREFUNDABLE
#1 Prepaid 12 month subscriptions and others are NONREFUNDABLE! On the checkout page click on the very tiny ? to read the fine print. Very disappointing. The kits are too difficult for my granddaughter. UPDATE: Now that my granddaughter is a bit older, and has more time as school os out. She is enjoying the kits at this time, and she looks forward to getting them.
