Karl is my Customer Service Hero!
I accidentally placed an incorrect order -- after hours on Friday,so it couldn't be corrected until the following Monday. Totally my fault. Charlotte, and later on Karl, went to work to make everything right. I had a couple notes from Karl, who was exceptionally understanding. He solved my problem very sympathetically and to my great satisfaction. I would rate his help A+. Karl's a true Customer Service Professional. Please give him a raise!
