Violation of Customer privacy
You messaged me back with another customer’s private information I asked for a new debit card and provided you with my mailing address that matched the mailing address you have on file and you responded back with another customer’s name and mailing address This makes me very concerned that you’re not protecting of our customers private information, I’ve told you before that your practice of hiring foreigners in an offshore call center to handle banking matters is high risk You need to train these folks and make sure they know what they’re doing… It’s hard to understand our language and practices I’m gonna refrain from reporting this to the consumer financial protection bureau and I hope that I receive my card and it’s not sent to that other customer whose name and address you shared with me
